    Very good location and excellent services by the staff. The hotel staff offered us a room to have a shower after skiing, since we had already checked out in the morning.

    The hotel is a bit old and needs some renovation.

    A Dreamy Retreat with Flawless Service!

    The staff's attention to detail was very nice. Sipping coffee on the balcony while taking in the amazing views of Mont Blanc was the highlight of my mornings. Don't miss the delectable pastries at the café!

    The best part was the size of the room and the location right in the heart of Chamonix.

    The bed was fairly old and not as comfortable as previous luxury hotels that I have stayed.

    The hotel service is superb and more than excellent, the staff is great and we felt at home. Location is fantastic, it couldn't be better. Another highlight is the breakfast. The room although very comfortable and spacious is not very new. I highly recommend the Mont-Blanc hotel.

    Stunning and excellent location steps away from Chamonix Casino. Found in the ski area short walk to all the restaurants and shops as well as the main shopping street. Brand-new and nicely furnished unit with great views.

    The location of the hotel was excellent, very close to the centre of Chamonix. The weather however spoilt our visit!

    The breakfast was extra and very expensive considering that the room was 180€ per night

    Absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice location for our visit to Aiguille du Midi a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Good food plus friendly efficient staff. Well-equipped and tastefully decorated room with coffee and 2 large windows.

    The location was ideal, located on a street parallel to the main street of Chamonox. It was easy to get to the cable car to the top of the Mt. Blanc and located in a most beautiful area of the Alps. Most of the staff spoke English and were polite and extremely helpful. The room was clean and efficient.

    Parking is tricky. Our gps took us to a public parking lot near the hotel but the actual hotel parking area is located behind the building accessed from a side street. In order to get into the parking lot, you have to get out of your car and speak into a device and then the front desk lifts the automatic bar across the driveway. Same thing going out. It would have helped to be informed of this parking arrangement prior to our arrival by car.

    The dining experience was a joyride! Each meal at the restaurant was a culinary poem. From local cheeses to mouthwatering pastries at Pastry House Richard, every bite took me closer to Chamonix. To top it off, the staff was super attentive.

    Only bummer? The bathtub is slippery and could use a mat or something to hold onto-definitely were nice, even though the shower itself was heavenly!

    The amazing views of mont blanc from my junior suite added an lovely touch. The warm hospitality from the staff, and the restaurant's delectable meals were a highlight each day.
